It has been a pleasure living at Knott’s for the last couple months, after the long days at work being able to come “home” to enjoy the relaxed welcoming atmosphere that Katies Bistro and the entire Resort offers.
Being able to sit in the beer garden over looking the pool indulging with a few drinks has become part of my routine and will be hard to replace when I head back to Darwin.
Thank you to the friendly staff that have always been there to offer a helpful idea and a smile at the end of a busy week.
A very special thank you to the lovely girls at the Bistro, Leeyah and Amy for always happy to have a conversation with me after a long day at work and making me feel so welcomed, another special thank you to the awesome chef Ang who makes the most divine meals, and of course the lovely Cam and Louise for making me feel at home.
