The Savannah Bar & Restaurant
The grasslands and rocky outcrops of the Territory’s northern savannah form the theme for Knotts Crossing Resort’s delightful, newly launched Savannah Bar & Restaurant. Soft colours and stratified stone finishes provide a relaxing backdrop for diners enjoying the air-conditioned comfort of the main restaurant or the more casual atmosphere of the poolside alfresco bistro. To design the Savannah Restaurant menu as well as provide high-level training, Knotts Crossing Resort engaged one of Australia’s leading Master Chef’s, Lance McKenzie of Queensland’s vibrant Rococo Noosa. Recipient of many culinary awards including two coveted Chef’s Hats, Lance has created a colourful, affordable menu to appeal to the full spectrum of Territory, Australian and International diners. The tastes and produce of the Northern Territory are highlighted in dishes such as …. And, to brighten every day, delicious cooked, Continental and Buffet Breakfasts are always on offer.
